Nagasaki Champon

[ingredients / 1 serving(150g)]

 

WPM CHANPON NOODLES60cc
WPM CHANPON SOUP BASE40g
PORK SLICES90g
SEAFOOD MARINARA MIX4 pieces
KAMABOKO(fish cake)100g
VEGETABLES(cabbage, onions, carrots, corn)at your choice
VEGETABLE OIL1 teaspoon

 

[How to cook]
1. Cook WPM CHANPON NOODLES in boiling water for 1 minute.
2. Drain and set aside.
3. Mix 60cc WPM CHANPON SOUP BASE of and 400cc of hot water in a bowl.
4. Heat oil in a pot. Fry the pork slices, vegetables, seafood mix and KAMABOKO until the pork is cooked.
5. Add the soup prepared in step ③ to the pot and bringing to the boil.
6. Add the noodles from step ② Mix well and boil for 1 minute 30 seconds.
7. Serve immediately.
